Hi Jen, I have a carpet w/several yellow dog urine stains w/accompanying odor. I’m sure the pad and even flooring is effected. Can the odor and stain be removed in the carpet and pad? One company said they could replace the pad and if needed treat the flooring underneath. I may have to do that if another solution isn’t available. Please advise, look forward to hearing from you.

We will be moving into our recently purchased home in the next few weeks. Not only does the carpet need cleaning, it also needs stretching in a few areas. Do you do this type of work?

Hi Al, I had a wash machine that leaked about 6 months ago. I dryed it up well but there is now an odor. What would you recommend? What if there is mold?
